Keishan M. Scott is a proud Bishopville native dedicated to serving his community. A first-generation college graduate, he earned degrees from Central Carolina Technical College and the University of South Carolina. At 22, he became Bishopville’s youngest City Councilman, focused on bringing people together and creating opportunities for all.
